Hi Danielle,

Great information about Jacob Pudeator and the Greenslit family. Was the source online, and if so, can you provide a link? I'd love to see the whole article.

Thank you, Sharon

Hi Danielle,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential.

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.

Add the project tag to your Following list to be kept up to date on any activity that occurs for that project.

Can't find what you're looking for? Let me know, and I can make some suggestions! :-)

Hi: Regarding the wife of Abraham Harding Jr-478 my research comes up with Tryon-2 being his wife. She was born 1743 and died 1812.

What do you think??? ...M.

My husband has DNA segment links to Pasquotank Co. NC James Blount and Rhoda, parents of 6 sons: James, Frederick who married Miorum Koen and went to Alabama, James, Isaac, probably Harvey who married Dorcas and remained in Pasquotank and the other two. Family myth is that 3 Blount/Blunt brothers went to PA, and then one to KY, one to IN, and one killed. Could one of those brothers be the father of Samuel who married Polly Tipps in Clark Co. IN about 1810? Carolyn Fix Blount
